Omiga often work with customers to automate larger scale manufacturing and test lines. By using many customer specified third party hardware interfaces along with Omiga specified hardware, we have met many customers demanding criteria for product calibration alongside other production essentials.

Fully automated test cell for flow, pressure, temperature recordings and final set points for operation. Machine design and software provide an efficient overall package for the production process along with touch screen operation. Omiga have extensive experience with operator interfaces designed for the often harsh production environment, utilising bespoke housings made from customer specified materials, in this case Stainless Steel.

Omiga designed Production Test Cell incorporating Vision System Checks for correct interface ports along with Automated High Voltage Isolation and Continuity Electrical Test. This application included Embedded Processor Programming (JTAG), product configuration, Full Functional product test including Temperature & Flow Measurements with databasing of results to a production database. Product serial communications are exercised to change set points and configuration. Automated functions of the system provide PID control to facilitate Flow and Back Pressure Control.
